This role is crucial to the success of our retail operations. Customer Support Representatives engage with both wholesale and retail clients to understand their needs and provide informative answers regarding Sherwin-Williams products. You will recommend the best solutions, quickly address customer concerns, and ensure highest satisfaction levels. Staying informed about product features and maintaining visual and quality standards of our products and store are also key responsibilities. Your aim will be to deliver outstanding customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales targets.

Work in a lively environment at Store , located at: 552 S Chambers Rd, Aurora, CO 80017.

Job duties involve direct customer interaction, including minors, and require access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and personal information. Therefore, a review of criminal history is necessary to safeguard our business operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers and staff.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and present suitable products and services.
  • Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately according to company policies.
  • Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieve and prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves and set up engaging displays.
  • Clean store equipment and maintain presentable store conditions.
  • Assist in deliveries and manage inventory control procedures.
  • Suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring employment work visa sponsorship.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • If already part of Sherwin-Williams, you need a rating of at least meets expectations (3) on your latest performance evaluation.
  • Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position is mandatory if previous internals apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a High School diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Bilingual capabilities are preferred, especially in Spanish.
