ODNI's Luke contract provides dev ops, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the ODNI's enterprise. Our support in Bethesda includes software engineering/development, O&M, technology investigations, customer advocacy, business process engineering and system design. Responsibilities: Provide dedicated full-stack development support to new and existing internal and external web-based applications
Maintain applications of varying web technologies and different code bases
Use the Linux command line to perform routine software upgrades
Work as part of an Agile team and be familiar of the expectations and ceremonies that it entails
Provide demonstrations of new features and functionality to the customer
Develop new projects using the latest versions of modern JavaScript frameworks.
Provide documentation and assist program management with deliverable tracking Qualifications: Required: BA/BS degree. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
5 years of related software development experience.
Current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
3+ years of experience of web software development
2+ years of experience with Apache.
2+ years of experience in Linux.
3+ years of experience managing MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL databases.
2+ years of experience using modern JavaScript frameworks (i.e. Angular, React, Vue).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines.
Familiarity with REST design principles.
Ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable code.
Experience integrating front-end content with REST or HTTP API
Extensive experience with Git source code management system.
Experience working in Agile environments. Desired: Experience designing basic wireframes, architecture, and data diagrams.
Back-end experience, including NOSQL Database Management, AWS Lambda development, and AWS API Gateway configuration
Experience working in both commercial and government AWS environments.
OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect or SAML experience
Experience working with the US Web Design System and Material Design patterns and principals
Good understanding of configured CI/CD Pipeline
