About the Role As a vital member of the Full Stack Engineering team, you'll engage in writing, reviewing, and testing customized solutions that align with our clients' specific business needs. By assessing our clients' processes, you will implement improvements to streamline their workflows and develop tailored modifications to our Odoo applications, enabling businesses to operate more efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, developers, and clients) to design and implement customized solutions.
- Take ownership of software components and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop scalable solutions within Odoo and manage third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot and upgrade software to maintain high performance in production environments.
- Promote best practices in coding, including standards, code reviews, and test coverage.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing solutions.
- Customize Odoo applications to accommodate modification requests from clients.
- Conduct code walkthroughs with clients and partners to promote understanding and alignment.
- Assist in system migrations to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of frontend experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, and proficiency in HTML, SASS/LESS, and CSS.
- 1+ years of backend Object-Oriented programming experience (Python preferred).
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems.
- Strong knowledge of database architecture and design (UML/ERD).
- Ability to debug and optimize custom software solutions efficiently.
- Exceptional capacity to convey technical concepts clearly to various audiences.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members, partners, and clients.
Nice to have: - Professional experience in software development.
- Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS or startup environments.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
- Additional language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese preferred).

The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $90,000-$105,000, adjusted for factors such as education, experience, and location.
