Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our client's team and help build innovative web applications for sequencing data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build user-friendly web applications that enable scientists to visualize and analyze DNA sequencing data.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices for communication between web applications and backend systems.
- Build internal tools to streamline workflows for biotech, pharma, and academic labs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global research initiatives.
Qualifications:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in Python (Flask or Django) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue).
- Familiarity with SQL and relational database design.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
