MUST BE LOCATED IN DENVER Compensation: - Mid-Level Engineer (6-7 years' experience): $125,000/year ($60.10/hr)
- Senior-Level Engineer (8-10 years' experience): $145,000/year ($69.71/hr)

Role Overview: We are looking for two Full Stack Software Development Engineers: one
Mid-Level and one
Senior-Level. These roles will involve the design and upkeep of our internal software, integral to connecting our operations with a vast network of dealerships. This software supports vital functions including client billing and payroll.
Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance our internal software platform.
- Collaborate with the team to introduce new features and functionalities.
- Partner with internal business teams to transform requirements into effective, maintainable code.
- Implement Rest API development and integrations.
- Identify and reduce technical debt while optimizing existing features.
- Create testing environments for new features prior to deployment.
- Debug and resolve coding issues.
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies and engage in continuous professional development.
- Contribute to Agile development processes (Scrum).
- Offer direct support to staff regarding application-related issues.
Technologies Used: - Python, Websockets/Django, React JS/JavaScript
- GitHub, Postgres, Celery, Redis, Dart/Flutter
- Linux Administration, Docker, Kubernetes
Qualifications: - 6-7 years of experience for the Mid-Level Engineer or 8-10 years for the Senior-Level Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in application development using Python, React JS, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) for client-facing engagements.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Senior-Level Candidates should possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- A degree in computer science or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
