Job Summary
We are currently hiring a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer with strong experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

Design responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.

Build efficient and secure back-end services and APIs.

Perform debugging, testing, and optimization of applications.

Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Ensure security and performance standards are met, especially for financial and insurance applications.

Requirements
10+ years of professional full stack development experience.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience in the BFSI domain is required.

Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Strong back-end development skills with Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Understanding of web security best practices.
