Our challenge We are seeking a talented and experienced Java React Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications, utilizing both front-end technologies (React) and back-end services (Java). Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $120k - $125k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain robust applications using Java for the back-end and React for the front-end.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between the front-end and back-end.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development, particularly in Java and React.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements: - Experience level 10+ Years
- Proven experience as a Full stack Developer, with a strong focus on Java and React.
- Solid proficiency in Java programming, including experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience with front-end technologies, including React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred, but not required: - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exposure to CI/CD practices
