We are seeking a hands-on, solution-driven Full Stack Java Developer to join a high-performing engineering team within a leading Banking and Financial Services institution. This role is pivotal in delivering resilient, scalable digital solutions in a real-time transaction environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Java 11+, Spring Boot
  • Build secure, reusable, and responsive front-end interfaces using React.js / Angular
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out banking features
  • Develop high-performance SQL queries; integrate with PostgreSQL / Oracle DB
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews, and UATs
  • Implement best practices in CI/CD, version control, unit testing, and API security
  • Monitor systems in production and troubleshoot real-time performance issues
Technical Skills Required

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 7+ years of full stack development experience in Java-based enterprise applications
  • Strong exposure to banking / capital markets / wealth tech domains
  • Familiar with cloud-native delivery models (AWS/Azure basics)
  • Strong grasp of secure coding , session handling, and authentication patterns
  • Capable of owning delivery end-to-end , from design to deployment
  • Comfortable navigating regulated environments and audit-ready coding practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Certification in Java, Spring, or Cloud Technologies (nice to have)
