Fullstack Engineer, Direct Hire
Hybrid 3x a week in downtown Seattle
Compensation: $120-145k base + generous equity, 401(k), benefits

What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of professional development experience, shipping production code.
- Proficiency in commonly used frontend languages and frameworks (ideally: TypeScript, React, CSS).
- Experience building and debugging reactive web apps with cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience implementing designs and integrating systems with modern design frameworks.
- Hands-on approach to product development, including wireframing and QA.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A background in development, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Bonus Points For:
- Leadership experience as a hands-on technical lead or manager.
- Familiarity with Material UI, Next.js, NoSQL databases, and API implementation and design.
