Job Overview:

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Skypoint, you will be instrumental in architecting and developing core components of our AI-powered healthcare platform. Your contributions will span our SaaS infrastructure, data lakehouse, and GenAI-driven agentic systems, delivering intelligent and secure solutions that enhance productivity for healthcare organizations. This role requires proficiency in both backend (.NET/Azure) and frontend (React or Fluent UI) development to build scalable, responsive, and user-friendly healthcare applications.

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Lifetime Work Offices) - 5 days/week (No hybrid or remote)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust backend and frontend services using .NET, C , Python, JavaScript (React or Fluent UI), and Azure.

• Allocate 80% of your time to hands-on development and code contributions within agile sprints.

• Create full-stack solutions, including responsive UIs with React or Fluent UI.

• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance modules for data unification, healthcare ontologies, and AI agent frameworks.

• Collaborate on the development of GenAI copilots and agentic automation tailored to healthcare workflows.

• Lead system design reviews, implement best practices, and ensure quality through automated testing and DevOps.

• Investigate and resolve complex production issues with efficiency and accuracy.

• Identify technical risks and ensure solutions comply with data security and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST r2, SOC 2 Type 2).

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET, Python, Azure (APIM, Functions, Cosmos DB), and DevOps pipelines.

• Proven full-stack development experience using JavaScript, React, or Fluent UI.

• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, microservices, and secure cloud-native architecture.

• Experience building scalable and resilient systems in healthcare, AI, or data-intensive domains.

• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD best practices.

• Exposure to GenAI technologies or agentic AI platforms is a strong plus.

• Bonus: AZ-204 certification or willingness to obtain it within 6 months.

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in healthcare technology, clinical data systems, or regulatory-compliant SaaS environments.
