Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Developer - Python
The Role:
As an engineer on a team that is responsible for new features on the Fidelity Private Shares platform, your primary role will be designing, building, and testing new features in a web-based Python application.
Required Expertise:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
Must be proficient in Python
Experience developing web applications with a Python backend
A passion for engineering excellence
A willingness to learn
Adaptability to new and changing requirements
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Work closely with technical leads and product managers to add features and expand the product
Assist in identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of problems within the production and nonproduction environment and perform troubleshooting
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing
Provide mentorship to junior team members
Commit to best practices and engineering excellence
