Position Summary:

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with a passion for innovation and a knack for solving complex problems. This is a hands-on, full lifecycle development role where you'll work on everything from responsive web applications to scalable server architecture and cutting-edge mobile apps for Android and iOS. What You'll Do:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies

Develop and maintain native Android and iOS applications

Manage and optimize server infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and reliability

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to create intuitive, high-quality solutions

Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve full-stack technical issues

Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and evaluate their relevance to our product roadmap

Contribute ideas to continuously improve development tools, processes, and practices

Work in-office with the team in Michigan

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio

Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js

Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Native mobile development experience for Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Must be willing to work on-site in Michigan

Bonus Points:

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards like HIPAA

Knowledge of automated testing frameworks

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
