WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: (ON-SITE ONLY - NO REMOTES)
We are looking for an full stack developer with a strong technical background and familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions, e-commerce, and loyalty programs preferred. You will join our growing company to help deliver on our mission to deliver software solutions that are data-driven, integrated, and intuitive. We're a small but mighty development team, moving fast, solving real problems, and having fun along the way.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Develop and maintain both frontend and backend features, including post/event listings, community feeds, chat functionality, AI-driven recommendations, and more.
- Work with and help oversee our offshore dev team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality development. Get hands-on experience with modern tech stacks and contribute to important tech decisions.
- Optimize performance by identifying bottlenecks, improving database queries, and refining backend processes.
- Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., property management systems, payment gateways, and AI tools).
- Participate in code reviews and test designs.
- Enhance our DevOps pipeline by automating deployments, monitoring system health, and improving developer workflows.
- Monitor progress, risks, and scope to anticipate and address issues before they arise.
- Participate in on-call support to keep our platform secure and available 24/7.

- This role is positioned to grow into a leadership position taking ownership of features, managing projects, and creating tickets.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS ARE:
2-3 years of full stack experience
Frontend: React, React Native, Typescript, CSS
Backend: Nest.js, Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or other backend technologies.
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar database experience.
APIs: Experience building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Mobile & Web: Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
Cloud & DevOps: Knowledge of AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
Security & Scalability: Knowledge of authentication (OAuth, JWT), encryption, and performance optimization.
Collaboration: Experience working with offshore teams and an ability to communicate clearly across time zones.
Tickets & Documentation: Experience creating and writing tickets with Jira and with Confluence.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with AI/ML tools, chat systems, or recommendation engines.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Understanding of serverless architecture and microservices.
- Experience with diagramming (ERD, Sequence, Diagrams) & documenting features and fixes in code and in Confluence.
