Your Role
This is an individual contributor role, where you will independently drive end-to-end digital marketing strategies and execution. You'll be responsible for planning, implementing, executing and optimising campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and directly interfacing with clients.
- Own the digital strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize brand growth and performance.
- Lead social media marketing - from organic content planning to tracking and optimizing performance across platforms.
- Stay ahead of digital trends - understand new social media formats, platform updates, viral content strategies, and emerging audience behaviors.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and UAC, ensuring precise targeting and efficiency.
- Understand audience cohorts deeply and create razor-sharp targeting strategies across digital platforms.
- Guide and manage content creation - from high-performing social creatives to engaging ad copies, ensuring every piece is optimised for engagement and impact.
- Drive SEO strategies, including technical SEO, local SEO, and content-driven optimisations, ensuring brands rank where they matter.
- Analyze and decode advertising dashboards- expert-level understanding of GA, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance tracking tools.
- Interpret and leverage data to fine-tune campaigns, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Engage with clients, guiding them through campaign performance, SEO recommendations, and digital best practices.
- Understand the technical side of digital - from landing pages to website structure and app functionalities - so you can guide clients effectively.
- This role demands a self-starter who can take ownership, make data-backed decisions, and drive outcomes independently.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, running paid and organic campaigns across platforms for across D2C brands and B2B platforms.
- A comprehensive understanding of social media, including organic growth strategies, content performance analytics, and platform-specific best practices.
- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, viral content strategies, and community building to ensure engagement-driven content marketing.
- AdTech & Deployment Skills - Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting GTM, web containers, event tracking, CRM integrations, and Looker Studio/GA4 reporting. Can execute and guide dev teams or clients on script deployment, familiar with pixels, cross-domain tracking, event tracking etc.
- A data-driven mindset - ability to interpret analytics, extract insights, and iterate strategies for better results.
- Creative and strategic thinking - you understand what makes content click and can lead social content planning across industries.
- Sharp audience targeting expertise - from demographic and behavioural targeting to leveraging platform-specific tools.
- Technical SEO & Web Optimisation - Strong understanding of fundamentals like crawlability, indexation, page speed, schema, and Core Web Vitals. Can audit and guide on site structure, landing page UX, and SEO-friendly features. Confident in advising clients and dev teams on best practices across CMS and custom sites.
- A communication ace - you can confidently handle clients, present strategies, and simplify complex digital concepts.
