Role: Full Stack Developer with Camunda

Location: Plano, TX

Job Description:

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our onsite team The ideal candidate will lead the development efforts in building and enhancing a case management workflow framework using Camunda workflow orchestrator Java Spring Boot Angular and Mongo DB This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to guide the offshore team and ensure successful project delivery The candidate will also work on the architecture alongside other senior architects and engineers

Key Responsibilities

Lead the onsite development team in designing developing and enhancing a workflow framework using Camunda Java Spring Boot Angular and Mongo DB

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements translating them into technical specifications

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the offshore development team

Oversee the migration of the existing Oracle database to MongoDB

Work on the architecture of the system in collaboration with senior architects and engineers

Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards

Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets

Monitor and report on project progress addressing any issues or risks promptly

Stay current with the latest technology trends and best practices

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in full stack development particularly with Camunda Java Spring Boot Angular and MongoDB

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with database migration specifically from Oracle to MongoDB

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong problem solving and analytical skills
