Job Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Python (Django/FastAPI) to join our product development team focused on healthcare and medical applications. This role involves developing secure, high-performing web applications for clinicians, patients, and healthcare providers. Prior experience in the healthcare domain and familiarity with standards like HIPAA , HL7 , or FHIR is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop front-end applications using React.js , ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.

• Build and maintain secure backend services using Python (Django or FastAPI).

• Implement and integrate healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR , HL7 ) into APIs and workflows.

• Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and UI/UX designers to create user-friendly healthcare tools.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy and security standards.

• Write unit and integration tests for frontend and backend codebases.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Optimize performance and scalability across the tech stack.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js , Redux, Context API, and modern frontend tools.

• Proficient in Python with a focus on Django or FastAPI.

• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and responsive design.

• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR , or DICOM.

• Understanding of HIPAA and secure handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).

• Proficient with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Practice Management Systems (PMS).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (esp. in healthcare environments).

• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).

• Background in building data visualization dashboards or clinical decision support tools.
