Program Overview About The Role Peraton is seeking a Full Stack Developer (SME) with experience in designing and developing solutions within the cloud to support our classified customer in Washington, DC. Peraton has been supporting our classified customer for 20 years and has a history of supporting building some of the most important & technically advanced applications. The ideal candidate shall posses experience with the following technologies: JAVA, Angular, AWS. Technology is constantly evolving, and our adversaries are exceeding law enforcement's ability to keep pace in the cyber space. Those charged with protecting the United States are not always able to access the evidence needed to prosecute crime and prevent terrorism. Our unique program delivers advanced, technical infrastructure support for our customer and its relative nodes over the world. The team provides Software and System Engineering, Software and System Development and Operations (DevOps) services, Data Science, Big Data and Entity Resolution Engineering services advanced data discovery, analytics, exploitation, and visualization capabilities through application development and tools integration. The Full Stack Developer (SME) will be responsible for but not limited to:
Work on the front line of the research, development, design, and deployment of a new application.
Responsible for designing, testing, coding, and developing solutions to meet customer needs; ensuring software continues to function normally through software maintenance, upgrade, and testing; documenting the application, service, and environment as a reference for future operations and maintenance, including version and platform upgrades.
Develop in an AWS cloud environment using cutting edge technology.
Responsible for the development of an application that is uses Java (JEE Development) Angular, JavaScript/Application Development, PostgreSQL, Sprintboot and Tomcat. Onsite days can be in either Chantilly, VA or Washington, DC. This role is approved for Hybrid support, Flexible for occasional telework - must be local to work location Qualifications Required Qualifications: A current Top Secret security clearance
Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; 4 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
At-least eight (8) years of experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.
At-least two (2) or more years of experience in the following skillset:
Java (JEE Development)
Strong JavaScript/Ajax Application Development
Angular version 2 or above
Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA and Spring Security
Tomcat
PostgreSQL
GIT LAB experience
Experience in Test Driven Development
JUNIT experienceDesired Qualifications: Experience with Atlassian tools.
Experience with Microservices architecture.
Experience with building UX-centric web applications that have scaled with increased user-base.
Experience working in environments that utilize continuous integration methodologies.

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range Details Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
