We are looking for a passionate developer to build and scale our customer relationship management program, delivering innovative automated and personalized marketing messages across global markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and monitor customized solutions to enhance user engagement. Troubleshoot, debug, and implement fixes for internally developed code across various languages including Java. Perform SQL queries to analyze data and inform decision-making processes. Collaborate with development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects to enhance current software and automate support processes. Document and maintain system updates, ensuring robust performance and user engagement. Must-Have Skills: 3+ years of experience in software development using Java. Strong knowledge of full-stack development, including front-end (React) and back-end (Java, Spring, Node.js) technologies.
