Position Overview:
As an Agency Recruiter with a strong focus on B2B sales, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to hospitality-focused companies such as hotels, restaurants, venues, and other businesses in the sector. Your primary goal will be to develop partnerships, positioning our agency as the go-to recruitment solution for these businesses. While you will also recruit candidates, this role emphasizes business development and client acquisition. You will leverage provided resources while also generating your own leads to grow your book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation:
- Prospect and identify potential clients within the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and related businesses.
- Develop new business by pitching our recruiting services to decision-makers and HR teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, maximizing commission potential.
- Recruiting & Candidate Management:
- Source, attract, and screen candidates to match them with client needs in the hospitality industry.
- Use a combination of resources provided by the company and your own strategies to find top talent.
- Manage the full recruiting cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- Account Management Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client accounts, maintaining strong relationships post-placement.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their staffing needs are continually met and addressing any concerns that arise.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate the success of placements and gather feedback.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, such as filling additional roles or offering new solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to resolve any client issues promptly and professionally.
- Performance Driven:
- Consistently drive sales results, generating a strong pipeline of clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to close high-value deals and placements.
- Maintain accountability and ownership over your business development efforts.
Compensation & Commission Structure:
- Hourly Rate: $15/hour, 40 hours per week.
- Commission: Up to 50% commission on placements (25% for sales, 25% for recruiting).

What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven role (preferably in B2B sales in hospitality, food & beverage, or recruiting). This experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for helping businesses find the right talent.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year ($15/hour, 40 hours/week + Uncapped Commission. $85,000 - $100,000 when meeting monthly minimums)
