THE ROLE We are looking for a highly motivated Full-Cycle Sales Representative who can prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities. This is a hybrid role that combines the hustle of an SDR with the finesse of a Closer. You'll be responsible for driving revenue from end to end-generating leads, qualifying prospects, leading sales conversations, and signing clients.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and has the drive to exceed targets consistently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Source and generate qualified leads through outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)
- Respond to inbound leads and move them quickly through the qualification process
- Own the entire sales cycle: outreach, discovery, follow-up, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Book and lead high-converting discovery and strategy calls with potential clients
- Understand client needs, pitch tailored solutions, and communicate PFG's unique value proposition
- Work closely with our strategy and marketing teams to improve messaging and outreach tactics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in our CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years in sales or business development, ideally in an agency, service-based, or CPG environment
- Proven ability to close deals and meet aggressive targets
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
- Comfortable with cold outreach, lead qualification, and persuasive sales conversations
- Ability to manage a pipeline, stay organized, and follow up with precision
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote environment
- Bonus: Experience selling PR, marketing, branding, or agency services
