About the Role: We are seeking a savvy and driven Sales Funding Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on securing funds and managing their financial needs.
- Manage a high volume of calls (150+ per day) to qualify leads and close deals.
- Understand and analyze business margins and financial statements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Provide practical solutions to clients' financial challenges.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Originate, develop, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their funding needs and business goals.
- Present and negotiate funding solutions, addressing client concerns and ensuring a smooth closing process.
- Follow up with clients post-closing to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional funding needs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with high call volumes.
- Self-aware, with the ability to learn from past experiences and improve.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to engage clients over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and recognition with top performer awards or trips.
- Financial acumen is a plus as the ability to understand our client's finances will help shorten the ramp up time.
Compensation: Base salary + commission. $150K OTE uncapped
