We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Associate to join our client located in Springfield, IL. This is three-month project and will be on-site. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing filings and document orders with state government agencies while ensuring exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and brings a team-first mindset. You'll need to be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, leveraging strong computer skills, and offering insights to help drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process filings and document orders in compliance with state agency requirements
  • Learn and apply knowledge of our products, systems, and jurisdictional guidelines
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and colleagues with professionalism and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for efficiency and productivity improvements
  • Participate in team meetings and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, order processing, or related fields
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets and standard business software
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
