Fuels Reconciliation Analyst Apply Now ( Save Job Job ID R25 Address 3200 Hackberry Road, Irving, Texas, 75063, United States Location Irving, Texas KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: u2022 Provide daily functional support for fuel supply inventory management applicationsu2022 Perform daily BOL (Bill of Lading) reconciliation and store inventory reconciliationu2022 Analyze and review all exceptions to ensure unmatched and unreconciled BOLs are accurately and timely matched and fully reconciled u2022 Analyze and review warnings to ensure BOLs are being lifted at assigned terminals using accurate supplier contractu2022 Report on all the misloaded BOLs and initiate correction processu2022 Analyze carrier delivery plans to ensure information is accurately provided to assist with the inventory reconciliationu2022 Analyze stores inventory to ensure all tank inventories are represented correctly and outstanding deliveries are reconciled to BOLs u2022 Assist with system enhancements and testing of new functionalities u2022 Assist with new terminals and suppliers set up related responsibilities u2022 Support supply team and management with ad hoc projects as needed QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:u2022 2+ years of relevant work experienceu2022 Preferred Bachelors/4 Yr Degreeu2022 Preferred Accounting/3-way match reconciliation process experienceu2022 Preferred fuel scheduling, fuel transportation or fuels accounting experienceOther skills that will make you successful in this role: u2022 Process improvement capabilities and problem-solving skillsu2022 Strong organizational, analytical, project management and leadership skillsu2022 Strong ability to prioritize responsibilities and work with cross functional groupsu2022 Excellent communication skills (oral and written If an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
