Frontend Software Engineer to help build intuitive, no-code tools that empower business users, especially marketers, to activate and analyze customer data directly from their data warehouse. This role sits at the heart of the product team, contributing to high-impact features like audience builders, journey orchestration tools, and data visualization dashboards. It's ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape technical direction and user experience from the ground up.
Compensation: $170,000-$240,000 + Equity
Location: Remote - North America (CA or NY Preferrered)
No C2C or third-party agencies Responsibilities: - Build and maintain scalable, production-grade web applications using React and TypeScript
- Create intuitive no-code interfaces for audience segmentation, customer journey building, and analytics
- Lead frontend development for key product features like the audience builder, journey orchestration UI, and insights dashboards
- Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and a seamless UX
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's design system and reusable component libraries
- Partner closely with product managers and designers to scope, prototype, and deliver user-facing features
- Participate in technical architecture discussions, code reviews, and broader engineering strategy
- Mentor junior frontend developers and help drive engineering best practices
Qualifications: - 7-10 years of frontend development experience
- Strong expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend build tools
- Experience shipping production software in fast-paced startup environments (Series A-D or similar)
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous product requirements into clean, performant UI/UX
- Solid grasp of performance optimization, browser behavior, and testing strategies
- Familiarity with data visualization, marketing platforms, or workflow builders is a strong plus
- Comfortable working across the stack with engineers, designers, and product stakeholders
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field preferred (top CS programs a plus)
- Willingness to occasionally travel to San Francisco
