The clients first product a fully collateralized, freely tradable USD stablecoin is set to launch in the coming year. It aims to compete directly with major stablecoins in the market, while offering a unique value proposition, focused resource allocation, and a differentiated go-to-market strategy. The stables collateral will be managed by VanEck, one of the worlds largest asset managers and ETF issuers ( $80B AUM).

Position Overview
The client is looking for a talented and motivated Lead Front-End Engineer to join their dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ES6, Preact (or React), atomic and BEM-style CSS, and will play a critical role in developing and maintaining their global web app.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript, ES6, Preact, and modern CSS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Troubleshoot and debug issues as required.

Qualifications:

2 5 years of professional experience in Front-End development.

Strong proficiency in Next.js and Tailwind.

Solid understanding of modern CSS (BEM and atomic CSS, Flexbox, Grid, CSS Variables, etc.).

Experience with state management libraries (Signals preferred).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Understanding of responsive design principles.

Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with the crypto and blockchain space is a plus.
