Frontend Developer (Angular) for a
CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier
Financial Services clients in
New York, NY.
Seeking a creative and talented front-end developer with an eye for quality and emphasis on details that will help the team build a modern lending platform that combines and replaces several internal systems, streamlines business functions, and opens business opportunities.
The candidate will work with a global team concentrated in Montreal and New York.
The platform is a web-application that communicates with various backend micro-services.
Responsibilities:
- Work within agile squad to deliver high quality features to enhance and improve ISG Lending platform.
- Create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
- Deliver results thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, frontend user experience, backend services, database, and other components of the system.
- Work with business stakeholders to facilitate the work-intake for the development team.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in building web-based applications. Angular 12+, Typescript, JS, CSS HTML.
- Experience in OOP concepts and design patterns.
- Experience in integration of web-applications with Restful APIs.
- Experience in working with modern code IDEs such as IntelliJ or VS Code.
- Great communication skills with client interaction.
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge in OOP Java 8+ or .Net development of Restful micro-services is an asset.
- Knowledge in Relational DB, SQL is an asset.
- Knowledge in WinForms is an asset.
