Akkodis is seeking a
Frontend Developer for a
contract role with a client located in
Las Vegas, NV. This is a great opportunity for an experienced developer to work on medium to complex applications using modern frontend technologies.
Pay Rate: $45.45 - $52.27/hour on W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Frontend Developer Job Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js , TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build scalable UIs using frameworks like Bootstrap or similar for cross-device compatibility.
- Implement state management with Redux, and integrate with Redux-Saga, Redux Thunk, or use React Query hooks.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for dynamic and interactive application experiences.
- Use module bundlers like Webpack for efficient code deployment.
- Conduct unit testing using frameworks such as Jest or Karma.
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks for iterative delivery and team collaboration.
Desired Qualifications: - 6-8 years of experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in React.js , TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience developing responsive pages with Bootstrap or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Redux with experience in middleware solutions like Redux-Saga, Thunk, or React Query.
- Understanding of Webpack and modular frontend architecture.
- Proven experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Karma).
- Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
