Position Summary
We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative individual who can develop and maintain engaging websites while also designing eye-catching graphics for advertising and marketing purposes. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless user experiences across digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency through compelling visual designs.
This position reports to the Chief Technical Officer and is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time position.
Essential Duties (other responsibilities to be assigned as needed)
Web Development:
- Develop, maintain, and improve responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React).
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs and technical issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Graphic & UI/UX Design:
- Create visually appealing layouts, banners, and assets for web and digital advertising campaigns.
- Design graphics, illustrations, and promotional materials for social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new web pages and applications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align visual content with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
- Experience with design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).
