The 4-Star Full Service property is nestled in the lush greens of Southern Colorado Springs and oversees Impressive mountain views, along with exciting activities like golf, swimming, and tennis . Hourly Rate: $20.00, commensurate with experience.
Position Overview: The Front Office Supervisor leads the Hosts, who are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. The Front Office Supervisor creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing suite revenue and occupancy.
Job Functions & Responsibilities: - Responsible for the oversight of Front Office Hosts, guest registration process, and communication of hotel services and promotions.

- Trains all new Front Office Hosts.
- Conducts huddles to ensure clear communication of the day's events to all Front Office Hosts.
- Oversees group reservations to ensure that they are pre-assigned and pre-keyed.
- Responsible for walk through of public areas and kitchen with follow up report/checklist to management.
- Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
