Axios Professional Recruitment is excited to partner with a client in Grand Rapids to find a temporary Front Office Specialist to support day-to-day operations. This role is fully onsite and will be essential in keeping the office running smoothly in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.


This role is ideal for someone who is upbeat, detail-oriented, and thrives in an environment where every day may look a little different. The ideal start date for this position is May 15 to allow for training and transition.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk: answer phones, greet guests, and maintain a welcoming lobby.
  • Manage conference room scheduling and assist with internal meeting/event coordination.
  • Maintain and order office supplies as needed.
  • Operate within Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel); training will be provided on the company CRM.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and flexible attitude, comfortable with occasional interruptions and multitasking.

  • Energetic, friendly, and approachable.
  • Highly organized and comfortable with a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.
  • Confident with basic technology and willing to learn new systems.
  • A true team player with a "go with the flow" mentality.
