Volt is hiring an
Front Office Receptionist for a local company in
Kirkland, WA.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms.
- Greet and check in guests, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Stock beverages and snacks in two separate office buildings.
- Retrieve and distribute mail from the office mailbox.
- Assist with lunch setups and cleanups for meetings and events.
- Support candidate interviews by troubleshooting Microsoft Teams meetings as needed.
This is a
Full-Time, temp to hire opportunity.
Monday-Friday 8am - 2:30PM The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across multiple locations.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
Pay Rate: $22/hr. DOE The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
