Front Office ReceptionistLHH Recruitment is working with a company in Albuquerque, New Mexico who is in search of a friendly receptionist to join their team. This job holds a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. The hourly rate is between $18/hr-$20/hr DOE. The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist or front desk experience and a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Provide general administrative support to office staff
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using multi-line phone systems and basic office software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable and punctual
