Liberty Resources' Integrated Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center and Certified Community Behavioral Health Center, is currently seeking a Front Office Manager.

Position Summary:

The Front Office Manager, administers, manages, supervises, and oversees the operations of Front Desk Staff including Receptionists, Schedulers and Medical Records Staff and their job responsibilities and function in the Clinic. The Front Office Manger liaises with Finance and other Clinic teams to support clinical, medical, administrative, billing and other departmental needs of both the Article 31 and Article 28 clinics.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversees manages, and directs reception and scheduling operations to ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy practices, customer service, and clinic process changes and operations.
  • Coordinates with Medical and Psychiatric Teams to schedule patients and allow for the delivery of quality services.
  • Oversees and manages proper protocol and policies and procedures are being followed. Will work with leadership to define areas that may need procedure enhancements and make changes accordingly.
  • Provides supervision, training, and performance evaluation for direct reports.
  • Ensures that excellent customer care is continually provided to all internal and external customers.
  • Meets with consumers, as necessary, to resolve grievances or to support customer satisfaction.
  • May provide reception/front desk support, including evenings, as needed to support staffing needs.
  • Conducts regular individual and group supervision with staff according to Agency Policy.
  • Manages scheduling for clinicians, nursing, psychiatric staff, and medical providers in both the Article 28 and Article 31 clinics including new clients/patients seeking behavioral/mental health and/or medical services.
  • Implements process changes with Reception and Scheduling teams to support client care and outcomes, clinic growth, and operational changes. Ensure their understanding of existing and new policies.
  • Supports and assists with training clerical support teams in satellite clinic offices.
  • Maintains the front office space, including the waiting rooms, and performs other related clerical and supervisory duties as needed and assigned.
  • Identifies and reports untoward incidents as required.
  • Handle situations which may require flexibility of time and area of assignment.

Qualifications:

An Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience (at least two years in a supervisory capacity) or an Associate's degree in and five years of related experience (at least two years of which in a supervisory capacity) and a working knowledge of the behavioral/mental health consumer population. An understanding of HIPAA Privacy Practices preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage and direct diverse teams, exercise initiative and sound judgment, an understanding of staff procedures and interdepartmental relationships.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000+
