As a Front Office Host, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable stay experience. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service during the check-in and check-out process, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. This position requires a warm, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The hourly rate for this position is $29.79.
Key Responsibilities include: - Welcome and check in/out guests with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with promptness and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Uphold brand and service standards at all times
- Assist with overnight responsibilities, including audits and reporting, as needed
- Support colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications: - Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in basic computer systems; experience with property management systems is a plus
- This position requires open availability, including: Weekends, Evenings, Overnights and Holidays
