Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work 4-5 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS. - Monday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Friday: Occasionally
- Saturday Off
- Saturday Off
Responsibilities The
Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to) :
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Accurate data entry skills
- Develop productive schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Process and complete claim forms.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications- Experience in a Front office coordinator role working in dentistry or a related industry is preferred
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills is preferred
