Job Type: W2 Contract (3 Months) - Potential for Full-Time Conversion
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 - $22 / hour (DOE)
Position Overview: The
Facilities Coordinator will support day-to-day operations at the site by coordinating with vendors, overseeing workplace readiness, and managing mail and package logistics. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized office environment.
Daily Responsibilities:- Walk through the facility to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness
- Coordinate with janitorial staff to maintain site standards
- Monitor and restock supplies in copy rooms and common areas
- Set up spaces for on-site events as needed
- Check and sort incoming mail twice daily
- Receive, document, and distribute packages to appropriate personnel
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries
Must-Have Skills:- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented
Preferred Experience:- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Workplace Experience Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant
Education:- High School Diploma or GED required
Software Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using communication tools such as Slack
