The ideal Front Office Coordinator candidate is a confident and professional administrator with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, responsible for providing administrative support within the clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Interacting with patients as the first point of contact (face-to-face, phone calls, emails)
  • Answering phones, scheduling patients, and confirming upcoming appointments
  • Organizing and updating patient records
  • Welcoming and checking-in patients as they enter the office.
  • Updating and maintaining the database
  • Receiving and processing payments
  • Additional administrative tasks or responsibilities, as needed.
Requirements
  • At least one year of front office or direct customer service experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
  • Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
  • Passionate about healthcare excellence.
