Summary

Connect Search is recruiting a Receptionist / Office Assistant for a client in Madison WI. This role offers bonus opportunities and a team oriented company culture.


Location: Madison WI 53717

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 + Bonus + 7% retirement contribution

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to upper management.
  • Operate receptionist software to answer, screen, forward calls and take messages.
  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain document inventory for offsite storage
  • Maintain postage meter and overnight envelopes
  • Responsible for ordering all office supplies and forms
  • Maintain kitchen area -ordering and stocking supplies

Qualifications

  • Prior experience within the financial services, banking, investment, or other relevant industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
