Front Office Administrator - Administrative Support & Customer Service Are you an organized and customer-focused professional looking for a dynamic administrative role? Our client, a well-established company here in Lubbock is seeking a
Front Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members.
This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in administrative and clerical support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing top-tier service, we want to hear from you.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $17+/hour
(Depending on Experience)Key Responsibilities: - Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department.
- Maintain technician records using Fusion.
- Enter technician timecards accurately into ADP and Fusion.
- Update and manage drive time journal and driver logs.
- Provide clerical support across multiple departments.
- Oversee conference room scheduling and coordination.
- Handle office supply orders and inventory management.
- Organize company functions, including food arrangements and awards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and work guidelines.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications: - Strong ethical conduct, professionalism, and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) and 10-key data entry.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.Experience: - 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting.
- 1-2 years of payroll experience preferred.
