Duties
- Manage phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Offer executive-level assistance to senior management as required.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
- Greet visitors and clients professionally, displaying excellent phone and in-person etiquette.
