Arizona Catering is seeking
Front of House Catering Attendants to provide exceptional service at a variety of catered events, including corporate functions, weddings, and special occasions. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating a seamless guest experience.This position assists operations for all Catering Functions to include, coffee breaks, buffets, plated and reception events; any and all functions serving any food & beverage items.
Job Purpose - To ensure his/her assigned events and activities are organized and executed, resulting in the complete satisfaction of the client & guests attending the event.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $19

Assists in maintaining and organizing all catering equipment, cleanliness, regular inventories and annual maintenance.
• Must be creative in setting up buffets and utilizing event décor.
• Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a must.
• Position is very hands-on with interactions with clients and staff.
• Ensures all signage is properly displayed for each and every event
• Responsible for the proper service of food, beverage & assorted setup needs in various event settings.
• Ensures all equipment is setup properly, operating efficiently and accurately and is properly displayed.
• Ensuring all relevant and applicable paperwork is filled out correctly.
• Reports to functions and events at the scheduled time and comes to shift ready to work.
• Estimates, requests & inspects catering equipment and supplies regularly.
• Ensures accuracy and quality of all food and beverage.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A strong communicator: be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format to management and staff as well as to all types of clients.
- Organized, able to prioritize, and have strong time-management skills.
- Fast paced and able to multi-task with a strong recall memory in order to achieve and maintain high levels of guest activity.
- Positive and able to work solo or with a team of people.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility.
- Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
- Able to be creative with buffet presentations, and maintain a quality product.
- Knowledgeable about food safety and basic health code policies and procedures.
- Knowledge over cocktails, beverage handling and mixology.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.
