Job Description: As a Front End Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create user-friendly and responsive interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.

This position requires a face-to-face interview at our offices in Tampa, FL. Candidates must be available to interview and work/relocate to Tampa, FL. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript and TypeScript.

Implement and style components using CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Radix, and Shad/cn.

Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize web applications for both desktop and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Take projects from initial concept through to market introduction, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience building frontend web applications with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.

Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, Radix, and Shad/cn.

Proven experience in delivering and troubleshooting web applications on both desktop and mobile platforms.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to take a project from initial concept through to market introduction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with mobile development using React Native or similar frameworks

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.

Experience with testing frameworks and tools.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with Terraform.

Experience with AI tools such as CodeRabbit or Cursor.
