Front-End Developer (UI/UX + Social Media Management)
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our growing team. This dual-role position will focus primarily on designing and implementing user-centric interfaces for our Laravel-based Applications, while also taking ownership of social media strategy and content management.
You'll play a crucial role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our core product, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. In addition, you'll manage our social media presence-helping us engage our audience and amplify our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
UX/UI Development (Laravel Project - ATS):
• Design and code front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Blade (Laravel templating), and modern frameworks (e.g., Vue.js or React)
• Optimize pages for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine UX
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Ensure consistent branding and visual design throughout the application
Social Media Management:
• Plan and schedule engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Glassdoor, and Twitter
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with current campaigns and goals
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for engagement and reach
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
• Create or coordinate basic visual assets (posts, stories, banners)
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
• 2+ years of front-end development experience
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Laravel Blade templates
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git
• Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Vue.js or React (especially in Laravel ecosystems)
• Understanding of accessibility and WCAG standards
• Experience managing or growing social media accounts
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
