Primary Skills: Javascript, React.JS, Node.JS, SQL, Cypress- Expert Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension Location: San Jose, CA ( 3 Days a Week) Pay Range: $75 - $80 Per hour. on W2 Job Summary: Join our Seller Monetization team and play a pivotal role in architecting services that impact global commerce. You'll be tasked with conceptualizing and implementing intricate multi-tier software systems, influencing product direction, and tackling challenges related to scale, performance, and data analysis. This is a chance to contribute to one of the largest online marketplaces in the world, enhancing our ability to process hundreds of millions in charges daily. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement sophisticated software systems through all development stages. Influence product initiatives and technical direction of development. Take complete ownership of projects, crafting solutions for complex business challenges. Define technical strategy and vision, plus oversee complex fee computation and charging systems implementation. Lead product development from conception to deployment, focusing on innovation in scale and performance Must-Have Skills: Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design. Proficiency in object-oriented programming, especially Java. In-depth knowledge of distributed systems and web services (REST/JSON). Experience with Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript. Strong relational database and SQL development skills. Industry Experience: Experience in eCommerce or any large-scale online marketplace is preferred.
