This is a Full time on-site role as a Rooms Operations Manager: Front Desk at Infinity Hotels LLC, located in Trumbull, CT. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the front desk area, managing staff, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
