The Front Desk Supervisor at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area in Somerville, MA will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk staff and schedule
  • Ensure efficient guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns
  • Train new front desk employees
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
  • Available to work morning, afternoons and evenings
