Description of the role:

As a Front Desk Supervisor in Panama City Beach, Florida, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and coordinating staff schedules.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate employee schedules and ensure adequate coverage
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
