Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor
Location: ReVive Orthopedics Spine & Sports Medicine
Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
Revive Orthopedics is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations. This role supports staff through training, monitors daily workflows, and ensures timely and accurate completion of tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and patient-centered service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily oversight and support to the front desk team, ensuring productivity and adherence to workflows.
  • Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the manager, resolving issues and keeping operations on track.
  • Expert in Patient Reception, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, time of service collections, administrative support, and patient relations
  • Assist with onboarding and training new hires and on-the-job trainees.
  • Monitor daily production reports and escalate trends or delays in workflow.
  • Coordinate system access and resources required for team performance.
  • Ensure team compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Promote continuous improvement and participate in system upgrades or workflow changes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or certificate in medical office administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, collections, or insurance verification.
  • Experience with Athena Health or similar practice management systems is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Effective leadership and coaching abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
