Job Title: Front Office Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front office team. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff effectively, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train and mentor new front office staff on procedures and best practices
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Prepare reports on front office operations and performance metrics
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a front office or customer service environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in office software and front office management systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
