Overview

The Front Desk Supervisor:

Supervise the Front Desk Agents; ensuring that policies and procedures and service standards are being met and exceeded. Have complete knowledge of Front Office operations and procedures and be an advocate for the Front Office team while maintaining leadership focus. Train and be the supervisor while working at the front desk.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years experience at the front desk of a luxury hotel and/or full service resort.
  • Must be available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
